If we are talking about one of the developers who are always able to deliver topnotch innovation and quality, hence the name Valve certainly can not be separated from it. Valve not only develop a great game franchise that remains iconic to this day as well, but also an innovator for online game distribution system is the most popular today – Steam. The need for continued innovation that seems to encourage strong Valve to continue to try new things, even to create their own console. Had denied rumors earlier in the year, Valve time “caught” wet still have the ambition to realize this plan. Something that they can no longer evasive.
This information comes from the job itself – strong Industrial Designer from Valve itself. In the existing job description, Valve expressed their disappointment and frustration that the PC and the Mac does not present a significant innovation over the last decade. This is evidenced by the permanent survival of “old technology” – a mouse and keyboard as the main input peripherals after many years. To fill this innovation, Valve ambition to get into the same market and create a much more attractive platform. Valve will also leverage their massive community to get feedback related to “console” on this one. This of course becomes “ambition” is getting closer to reality. Valve itself has not provided any information related to this simmering rumors.
